Kōtuku Festival 2018 Official Pōwhiri

We went to the official pōwhiri to open the festival.  It was held at the marae (Ruapōtaka).

There were a few kids from other schools there too.

We were treated to a performance by our hosts, check out the videos to see how powerful they sounded.
